Practicing yoga with Cel has changed my life. I only started doing yoga this year, but I have learned so much about the connection between my body and my mind. I feel relaxed and somehow energized after each class. When I realized Wednesday mornings were the best part of my week, I decided to add Friday mornings as well. I feel healthier mentally, spiritually and physically. Cel is a wonderful yogi in my limited experience. She guides practices in a safe and gentle way with a knowledge from years of her own practice.
